    Ruti Upama Recipe ( Odia ) | Leftover Chapati Recipe | Leftover Roti Upma Recipe : Here we will prepare a very healthy , easy yet delicious breakfast using leftover Roti ( Chapati / Ruti ) an Indian bread . As we all know chapati has numerous health benefits such as controls blood pressure, balances blood sugar level, good for stomatch issues like Gas, acidity, constipation etc.
    Lots of fresh colourful Vegetables makes this dish more healthy and tempting as well. Diabetic patients can also be enjoyed this healthy breakfast without adding potato . So, learn how to make leftover chapati upma ( Baasi Roti Upma ) in this video made by Mrunalinee. Enjoy it hot or serve immediatey as it is , with any curry, with a cup of tea, coffee etc. in your breakfast / Snacks .

    Ingredients :
    1. Leftover Roti ( Indian Bread ) / Ruti / Chapati - 4 pcs
    2. Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium ) or 1/2 bowl
    3. Chopped Carrot - 1 ( small ) or 1/2 bowl
    4. Chopped Potato - 1 ( medium ) or 1/2 bowl , Optional
    5. Cauliflower Chunks - 1/2 bowl
    6. Green Peas - 1/2 bowl
    7. Chopped Green Chilli - 2 nos. ( or as required )
    8. Fresh Curry Leaves - 1 stem
    9. Peanut - 2 tbsp ( instead of it take cashew nuts, almonds or bengal gram )
    10. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
    11. Dry Red Chilli - 1
    12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    13. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
    14. Salt to taste
    15. Oil - 2 tsp
