Fantastic! I've seen some videos of this race with larger/high tech sailing boats. Loved to see a longer video with an expedition style small craft. Rowing + sailing combo is the best! What an accomplishment.!

Thanks so very much for publishing this video. It's a great perspective on the race.
I especially love how the clips give us some insight into how you two get along with each other. It's a beautiful thing.

Incredible voyage. We travel to alaska on our 27 foot cal sailor. Best time 21days with 2 lay days for weather. Thought we were fast. Congrats.

What kind of boat is this. Can I buy plans to make the same boat I love it

It is faering designed by John Harris from Chesapeake Light craft and has been extensively modified from the original plans. The plans were never officially finished but might be available for special purchase and will provide the hull shape only. All the decking, benches, rowing stations, rigging etc. are custom.

Thanks for sharing your experience with such a thoughtfully produced video. I am rowing as Team Muskrat ll in this year's Seventy48, the biggest endurance event of my life. I am humbled and inspired by your story. Love your spirit and the brother-sister team. (And you have a beautiful boat.)

Hey Team Solveig, I am rowing competitor in the Everglades Challenge and was hoping to find out more information about your boat design. It looks like a really capable faering and would love to learn more. Thanks!
