Karen you need to get your parathyroid glands checked. I kept getting kidney stones and my calcium levels were always high. I had one parathyroid removed and have never had another kidney stone.

go to a dermatologist for your nail! if u damaged it it could take many months to full grow back or it could be so damaged it wont grow anymore! (I work in derm)

!! For the nail, it could potentially be a nail infection, bacterial or fungal. Bacterial are much easier to get rid of fungal a little more tricky and longer time to get rid of but can be treated with a laser treatment. If not due to hitting the nail (which would likely hurt when pressed on).

Any sleep training tips? I've a friend who's struggling with her 5mo a lot. He only sleeps for 5 mins or so at a time during the day, and still wakes up every 3 hours for a feed through the night.

Also Licensed nail tech here!, Koa I recommend going to a dermatologist.. looks like it can be damaged which can eventually lead to a type of infection so go get it checked out by a professional. Us salon nail techs aren’t informed enough to determine exactly whats wrong on damaged nail or on any medical issues having to do with nails.

I’m not sure if this was done already, but can you do a video dedicated to how you sleep train? My baby is almost 1 and I STILL can’t get her to sleep peacefully through the night, I cannot figure out how to help her self soothe.

Khoa can go to any Urgent Care get a quick clean up and antibiotics cream or something. They can remove the nail if they have too.
