They are stating April but yes depends on the resources they will throw at it. They are delivering now. Carlos owns one here too and it just got delivered. Not oceanfront though. Yes about 2 years back they were 850 exactly. And it's a deal haha I always give 2 months additional on delivery min Hope you're well my friend
