I WILL be using this song a WHOLE lot in the future! This is also one of my first experiences with Final Cut Pro, so don't give me so much of a hard time.
So, I've been watching and rewatching this video for years now since I first saw it (still one of my top three This Is War amvs ever made btw), and recently I noticed something that I really like. In the climax of the song when we see the sped up montage of footage, one of the scenes we see is Barbossa in Curse of The Black Pearl holding up a bloody knife that was used to try and kill him but failed, and then almost immediately after, we see the Heart of Davy Jones get stabbed. I don't know if this was intentional or not (feel free to take the credit even if it wasn't lol), but I really like the juxtaposition of seeing the very first time we really meet an immortal in which it's revealed that they can't be killed, versus when we see Davy Jones (one of the most well-known creatures of immortal legend there is) get killed by a broken sword that may as well be little more than a knife. A "knife" that, incidentally, belonged to Captain Jack Sparrow, the very same man who killed Barbossa in the first movie. Again, I don't know whether that was intentional or not, but I just thought that was really cool lol
I can't decide whether or not it would have been better to put the shot of Jack at the helm of the Pearl at the end of *Curse of The Black Pearl* instead of when he's just got that tiny boat... Another shot could've been Jack's entrance in the first movie too... Great video, either way!
0:48 "to the edge of the earth" perfect clip for that 2:21 - 3:28 perfect, PERFECT sequence of clips for that part of the song! love how you put the hangings juxtaposed with the Hoist the Colours speech:) it gave me chills! LOVE it! wonderful video!! :D

I see jack as honest because he tells the truth and most people think he lies but really he's telling the truth
