Including Vikings, Bengals and Giants twice heading into this weekend the Cowboys have the most wins this year against teams currently in post season in the entire league, so if they haven’t beaten anyone, no one else in the league has either. Schultz was down because his elbow was down before the ball came out (same reason Taylor was down, he was arm tackled by the Kearse). Anything other than your hand or the bottom of your feet is down. Cee Dee wasn't down because he rolled over on top of the defender and nothing touched the ground.

The other play in question about you was if Schultz was down or not when the ball was fumbled. Even if his knee was not down, if his ankle or his shin was down, The play is dead. But, his right elbow was down so therefore he was already down
