Hey, I was playing this level yesterday and it turns out u can perform that same “meat glitch” with tomatoes and lettuce! (Just using plates instead of frying pans) Did u know this? I bet u could get an even faster time if u utilized this to its full potential.
@@Viillager It does, and I also suspect that it doesn't only work with these ingredients; if you had a mushroom or onion left from the last phase, if might also work to be duplicated in a pot
UPDATE: just got a 8:51 on this level using the duplication glitch as much as possible. lots of room for improvement. a 9:00+ might be possible with this strategy! EDIT: i tried again this morning and got a 9:22 left. 9:00+ is definitely possible haha ruclips.net/video/DnbZiMdMci0/видео.html
what platform is this on? It seems fairly different from the game on Switch, for starters I don't have 16min but 12 to complete the level, also the choping speed is way faster on Switch version. Also I believe the level is also barely impossible to complete without at least 3 chefs, or at least 2 people capable of multitasking, yet here somehow it seems easier. I optimized the soups and burgers phase to the maximum and with a few setbacks on the other 2 phases I ended the level with around 20 seconds.
Hello! This is being played on PC. However, the difference here is that I'm playing on single-player. On all Overcooked games, the time/score of each stage changes accordingly to how many people are playing, so the more players in a stage, the higher you'll have to score to get 3 stars. Also, when playing solo, you control two characters, and both have a chopping time way slower than when you're playing with 2 or more people. That's why the chopping time on this video is slower than what you're used to. Hope I could help!
Yep, this is the only level in the game that always has the same sequence of dishes. This allowed me to prepare the correct dishes before I was supposed to, which also allowed me to save a lot of time ^^
Hax! On a more serious note, this is a known bug in Overcooked 1: If you have any ingredient on the last square of the conveyor belt, you can use any recipient on it, and it will clone itself. Pretty good for speedruns!

It is a glitch. Used it to speed up cutting times.
