- This is all of the renditions of Garmadon's theme I could find! His theme is very iconic and I felt I should make this compilation. This was fun to put together so please like and subscribe! Friendly reminder that Lord Garmadon has died three times, been to four different versions of hell, fought his own son five times, saved his son's life four times, led four different evil armies, betrayed and killed his own second-in-command twice, _been_ betrayed by his own second-in-command twice, wielded seven different all-powerful weapons, fought his own brother _at least_ four times, and worn four different awesome samurai helmets.
And that's just what we've seen him do onscreen.
And I bet 'Skybound comics' has more Garmadon in store for us!

I’m pretty sure Garmadon has only died once, and that was in Season 5 after the destruction of the Cursed Realm.

@@masterofenergy027 i think he was referring to season 2 (when technically half of him died), season 4 (when he got exiled) and season 5 when he died completely with the destruction of the cursed realm

@@onlinefool9931 That’s what’s so cool about that line. Even being resurrected to be evil he never really changed. He is a father more than anything. March of the Oni even acknowledged it. Omega said he wanted to understand regular people, to be one of them. Something Garmadon has always wanted. “I am Lord Garmadon! Destiny took my family from, and the only way for us to be together is to turn everything into my image. Then you’ll all see what I see, feel what I feel.”

Favorite thing about that line the line it’s originally referencing; “I am Lord Garmadon! Destiny took my family from me, and the only way for us to be together is to turn the world into my image!”
A lot of people take Ninjago as simply a kids' show, but if they dig deeper, they find one of the most well-written twist-filled series ever. its videos like this that show Ninjago's True Potential. i honestly believe that seasons 8, 9, and 10 were the prime of Ninjago. Even Tournament of Elements, Possession and Skybound were also really well written.
Now everything has gone downhill since. They are milking it dry.
To be honest, I like Garmadon from seasons 1 and 2. There he is not just evil, he is rather forced to be evil, as if it is a burden that he must bear. The only reason he helped the ninja was to save his son, and even when he got the Megaweapon his goal was not to destroy Lloyd, but to prevent him from becoming the Green Ninja so he wouldn't fight him. When he, along with the Overlord, prepared to take over Ninjago, he was tormented by doubts. He loves his family and wants to be with them, but due to his evil nature, the only way to do so is to turn Ninjago into his likeness.

I never looked at him turning ninjago into his likeness a way for him to talk to his son again, but man that makes a lot of sense now…

I love how both Garmadon and Lloyd share the same leitmotif it’s almost like “no matter how much you try to distance yourself from your father you’ll always be related to me”

The scene in the fire temple where garmadon saves Lloyd from the lava together with the music always gives me chills
It's epic indeed. The shot of him running up the steps with spurts of lava in the background is iconic.

I don't understand how Lloyd's mother can just abandon him and then just show up acting like everything is fine. That's what really makes me angry.
Yeah, even Garmadon is a better parent sometimes.

I absolutely love Garmadon! He is actually one of my most favorite antagonist and protagonist of any animated series. He has a menacing theme, a tragic story, is hilarious, and he has one of the most memorable designs in all of ninjago. I really can't get enough of him.
Does anyone remember that scene where Lloyd and Garmadon are hugging each other (In The Rise of the Snakes series.), and Lloyd asks: "Dad. Why do you have four arms?" Instead of Garmadon saying what he said, he should have responded with: "Just two extra arms to hug you with, son. I'm sorry for being away from you for so long, but I'm here now." I would have loved it a lot if Garmadon said this, but I understand why.
I'm not saying that Garmadon should have said this, but if he said this I really would have loved this, and maybe... just maybe this would have told us how much Garmadon actually cares about his son, but the evil in his blood prevents him from staying with his son. I respect your opinion if you disagree or agree. Thank you for reading.

I really miss sensei garmadon and also the original old lord garmadon that actually was a real father even though he was evil even though he was bitten by the great devourer he was there for lloyd maybe not always but he wanted to be a good father to his own son because his own mother lloyd's mother abandoned him say what you like i think lord garmadon is actually a better father and a better parent than his son because remember what garmadon told lloyd every boy has a choice to be whoever they want to be but i never had that choice because i was bitten but you still have a choice you don't need to be like me lloyd your uncle has a plan for you even though it would mean to stop me one day we have to follow our own destiny i love that line from garmadon himself because it shows so much character growth from him😢😢😢😢😢❤ truly shows that at the end of the day garmadon is still lloyd father and at the end of the day is dad still cares about him but not the resurrected version of garmadon resurrected garmadon from the departed room does not give a crap about his son which is so sad sure emperor garmadon is a badass sure he has amazing powers and ruthlessness but very little humanity in him😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
I was listening to "Just like you" by NF when I recognized that the tune sounded like it was from ninjago. It actually was, you can hear it at 2:04 in this video. I remembered it from the "Wrong place, wrong time" episode.

Garmadon was probably going through the cursed realm while being held hostage by the ghosts and then morro sped through the realm to get through the tiny portal that nobody noticed in the sky and saw garmadon getting walked to his chains.

Remember, especially in the minute 50, that soundtrack is put every time that Lord garmadon appears or he gains a new power, for example when he wields the mega weapon, when he is almost killing the ninja in season 2, when he Discovers the garmatron, when he is presented by Harumi, etc

I really enjoy this vídeo, the combination of the soundtracks You Made and it's really beautiful, but, this is not Garmadon theme, this is lloyd and garmadon relationship theme, or sensei garmadon theme, Lord garmadon theme is Golden peaks, especially in the minute 50, search Golden peaks ost and in that minute, you'll hear it, you'll know what i'm saying
Garmadon has had *multiple* theme over the years!
The one 'Forging the Megaweapon' uses is his "Pilot episode" theme, while this is the 'Garmadon Family theme'. He also received a new theme in the "Oni Trilogy" with hints of the 'Family theme'.

I would have to look into where I can find that theme. But there are quite a few Garmadon themes I missed.
