Jets To Brazil - live in Washington, DC (4/16/99) [FULL SET + UNRELEASED SONG!]

FIRST THINGS FIRST! There is a PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED SONG at the 27-minute mark! I have never heard this Jets To Brazil song before and I have no idea what it's called - if you know anything about it, please comment below!
UPDATE: According to JTB guitarist Brian Maryansky, "Well great find, first off!! Never seen this. Actually I have been trying to find that song it’s called “won’t you come down”. We played it a bunch on that tour. Never found any footage until now. And I always loved that song. One of the dozen or so songs that never got recorded other than practice tapes."
Also, regarding the date: The VHS tape label says this Jets To Brazil show was at the Black Cat in Washington, DC, on February 5, 1999, but I can't find any evidence JTB played the Black Cat on 2/5/99.
However, JTB's spring 1999 tour with Euphone had them playing on April 16, 1999 at the Black Cat, so it's possible that's the date in question, as Blake makes mention in the video of having to cancel their previous show in whatever city they're in (he never actually says DC).
Complicating matters is the fact that at one point, Blake says that it's a Friday - and both February 5 and April 16 were both Fridays.
So I'm gonna assume this show is, in fact, from April 16, 1999 at the Black Cat, but if you have more info, please comment!
