I recently found this video completely by accident. So many ideas came to mind. I did make this as a baby gift for my niece. I gave it to her with gift cards inside. I also included small plastic envelopes in with the inserts for “first tooth” and “first hair cut”. Came out so beautifully. Thank you for the inspiration.
Thanks for reviewing how to create a thicker cover on this paper bag mini album. I like how each section can expand at the spine. Being that this is posted so close to July 4th, I'm happy to see this color variation on red, white and blue...nice! I really like this cover...everything is all the right places. Happy 4th to all!
Hi Polly, its a great video. I am following you step-by-step to do one for myself but you lost me on the cover where you added that extra piece with tape on both sides. You did one side added to the cover then you took all the tape off the other side and it doesn't show me where to glue it to? you just show a full cover double help? thanks ty. (at 10:47)
What a cute little mini album, Ginny!! Great work and so happy your computer is back up and running - I do understand how frustrating it is when your computer is not playing nice!!!!
These paper bag albums are so fun! Your dollar tree store has so many neat things. I can never find cute items like these at my local store. A quick question - Has Authentique gone out of business? They were one of my favorite paper companies. I haven't seen anything new from them in a while, but I am not on social media to get any updates.
Okay. So I haven't visited my Dollar Tree recently. Guess that's about to change. I'll be looking for the little gift bags to make some of these. So many projects, so little time.
hahah girl I wish I was that clever and ahead of the game....I'm hanging on by a thread over here lol. Especially with my computer issues that set me back a few weeks.
What a wonderful craft using gift bags! I so appreciate you sharing!
You are so welcome!

A quick question -
Has Authentique gone out of business? They were one of my favorite paper companies. I haven't seen anything new from them in a while, but I am not on social media to get any updates.
I'm not sure...they have not released anything new in quite some time. I do miss their wonderful collections.

I know right?????
Just beautiful! I do want to try it! New subbie here! Coming from Luna Creates😊❤️
Awesome! Thank you!
Is the spine of the bags not glued down to the spine of the cover? What keeps it from "springing" out? Love your tutorials.
All the adhesive is on the out side of the pages so it's very secure!
Was you comment about whether or not Dollar Tree would have a Christmas truck sticker a hint for your upcoming Christmas in July series?
hahah girl I wish I was that clever and ahead of the game....I'm hanging on by a thread over here lol. Especially with my computer issues that set me back a few weeks.
Are you going to do Christmas in July this year?
Yep starting Wednesday!
