Indeed, it is a fascinating experience with cruiseship tours, but first, you´ve got to be in Norway by plane and be in Norway for a cruise tours around the sea waters, for Norway is like Canada and other countries is selling tourism sensation whether on summer or winter. Some years ago, I have lived in Greenland in Nuuk, the capital city, where some cruiseships come with travellers from Japan, Germany and many more from Europ, they want to experience the beauty of the Arctic scenery and to be closer to the ice caps and learning the culture of the Greenlandic people and in fact, I have met some of our counrtymen working at the cruiseship or others got there because they work at the cargo ships from Netherlands and Germany. You are basically, just like anybody else Mark who keeps on dreaming of something, just like when you still wanted to buy a new home or you take the chance to have contents for your vlog activities, but like I mentioned to you before, be happy and be peaceful to have a home like you have, you gotta think about your remaining working years, kids are growing and they find their own nest one day, but of course someone have to take over the house and home you have now. It is not for critique or to mind your private aspirations in life, but to give you perspective, but like I said, you are still interested to get a new place of abode much better to the one you have now, to start a new mortgage plan, not sure, how much equity you have with your property now, but think to acquire a new property, no matter how much you have equity, to start a new mortgage plan and necessary loans and thinking, that to add them all, when you start the mortgage, the very first 5 years goes mostly to taxes, it means, you can first feel your payments relevance to reduce your initial loan after five years, so for me is a losing business to get a new home to get a new status in the level of the others, but you do not know, that those countrymen of ours living in decent home or even home luxus, not sure if they are sleeping good and what if crisis may suddenly come, employment situation, social or even family matters, these things also have to be considered. However, if you are one who specuates of selling your home, get a good price and buy a new home, but think, im your senior years, you do not get much unlike when you are still on a full employment and with all the benefits. It is totally, the same thing, when you say, you want to acquire a new car for your young daughter in high-school, I guess you can easily do that, if you win in the lottery, but talking nonsense ain´t good, but for sure, you are doing it for the adsense. Think it over your daughter still have to study to get a diploma in college or technical education, but college education is not pro-bono, but yeah, you can avail of a loan, but that has to be paid back in due time. Your kids, get some incentives from the government, if you save them, you can use for college education or secure a driver´s licence as a tool, that when they are done school and they work to get a car of their own hard earned money, is one reasonable lesson of parents to their kids. And I wonder why do you have to strive for Uber, for extra income, but you do not save it anyway, you spend them anyway and by the same token, you are only paying more on taxes for extra dollars earned use for fast food, diners or vacation trips...where is the logic? As the saying goes, when you have a bigger button, you also need a bigger hole to fit, and when you have extra money, you will be very busy to use it for vanity and again, because you are to driven to be in the same levels as others on higher social status. Of course, life is short, but why keep seeking happiness on material things, if you have ample time, do some community works or share your time to non-profit organizations or spend more time to your kids playing, lesson and homeworks, it only make sense to have a good family and to be good family man. And to share you some thoughts, life on earth is only temporary, but we gotta strive for something real and eternity, if you seek Gods merciful love and guidance. Greetings.
