Indeed I have. I was like 12 years old and managed to rip it apart with a pick axe. Golf club crowbar and a normal axe and drag all the metal out by hand to the road and load it up into my moms truck and bring it to the scrap yard. We did like ten trips and I must’ve made about $300 which was so worth it for my age

Pro Tip for everyone out there from your friendly neighborhood blacksmith. Drill steel slowly, let the bit chew out the metal.
When you try to drill steel quickly, it just heats up your bit, ruins the hardness, and makes you say words that would make your mother blush.
Thank you so much for this. So many times, I destroyed a bit and figured they were only good to be used a few times, lol.
This is so important, the cheapest bits can last for way longer. For some reason, my black oxide bits bite better than the titanium ones even after drilling a lot of metal. I really want to throw away the titanium ones since they can't even drill grade 5 hardware, but the kit has a lot more sizes than my oxide one.
One of the first things my father told me when we used to work in the garage was exactly that. Saved me so much time and money.

Question: was there a loss of power when getting towards the stop with the RPM decreasing quickly and did the motor have a bad rattle to it? And if its just cranking forever then you may have just lost one of the Timing Chains within the engine. Or could've lost fuel with the pump going bad if it still does run with it being sprayed
