Hi Henrik! I messaged you in IG, but this might be easier. I can’t figure out a chord. In the chorus, you go from C to E flat to A flat (power chord I assume), but then you augment that A flat. How are you fingering that? I think you drop to the 2nd fret but idk if it’s on the C or F string. Please help! 🙏🏻
I always wanted to understand how the intro to Blinded should be played. I've seen a dozen upon dozen videos the timing was almost odd and could never tell the 2 guitars apart. It did not sound like a standard 3rd interval almost as if there were two melodies clashing differently. Love you playing, been a fan for the past 14-15 years really. You actually made me pick up my guitar and play the shit out of it. At one stage years back I managed to grab an old caparison that was floating around the whole world ... a black one, most likely owned by Tom with almost like a dark satin stain without any lacquer with the Ey logo and individual positions carved in with what I thought was a knife with roman numericals :D that was fun..smelled like an ashtray I think it was abused on tours quite heavily.
what string gauge do you use for "drop c"? I am now trying to play this song and I use a guitar tuned to "drop d" and I use a plugin to lower the whole guitar to "drop c" but playing at low volume you can hear both tunings sometimes and I want to try tuning the guitar in drop c without having to use a plugin (similar to digitech drop) thanks!
Henrik, can you please do an instructional on the acoustic guitar intro to "The Aftermath"? I can usually figure out just about anything by ear, but that one has me stumped because I'm not sure what tuning it's in. Thanks.
