I saw Helmut Berger arriving very late in a restaurant at Via Garibaldi in Rome, Italy in 1981. I used to work in a another restaurant in the same street. Delon is magnetic. And playing to women's desires and fantasies with his beauty gave him a great career. Berger is like a blonde Delon but who chose to be openly bisexual which ruins that fantasy for women audiences. It would have worked out better if he'd said nothing, like most actors.
