Vanazvo zvetalent, but panoda dhara rinoita couch them kuita balance vocals and the guitars with good harmony. They do not necessarily have to sing like Demo used to but can go with their own unique voices and slight different style it is still OK
True. Innocent Mujintu is a good coach and he will coach Morgan and Tendai Dembo. And Mujintu knows what the late Dembo wants. Brother Innocent Mujintu would mind to go to raise the Barura Express/Dembo Brothers.
People should accept their talents and understand their positions/roles. Band leaders/owners should pay their colleagues what they deserve and also instrumentalists should know they are not leaders and make one formidable team. E.g that Mberikwazvo band led by Macheso on vocals and compositions with Mijintu/Lucky on rythm, Nowero on lead, Zaka Zaka on sub rhythm, Gomba on drums, Franco dancing and that chanter/dancer Jonas from Drc. That was a successful band, when other guys left it shaked, Mijintu isnt a composer as well as Franco thats why they were not successful on their own. Unfortunately an instrumentalist or dancer nomatter how good you are, you can be replaceable, it may shake the band but as long as the composer/vocalist/leader is there the band wont die. So at the end of the day unity wins...BAND MEMBERS/INSTRUMENTALIST SHOULD BE HUMBLE & BAND LEADERS MUST PAY THE MEMBERS WHAT THEY DESERVE!
