School just ended yesterday, the school gym was filled with tears. I tried to hold mines in, but the moment i saw my friends crying and hugging that one person who was leaving I broke into tears and I couldn't stop the tears from falling. I remember singing this song for my graduation in high school, and searching for this very exact video and watching it years ago. And randomly today, I saw this on my recommendations. I am an adult and have been working for almost four years now. Time has changed, I have changed and grown up but I still remember the feeling I felt that day when I graduated. This song reminds me so much of it. It's nostalgic and kinda sad. Knowing those days of... innocence are long gone. I have been very uncertain before about my future. I didn't watch Hannah Montana growing up but I just heard this song for the first time on a Spotify playlist and it brought back the sad graduation feels lol. During my high school graduation, I tried my absolute hardest not to cry, but let it out as soon as I got back home. I was so devastated. And now, as a sophomore in college, I really wanted to be able to say, ''wow, that was silly. I'm still in touch with all of my relatively close friends from then and high school isn't the end of everything.'' Especially since all of my high school friends were happy at graduation, but then I haven't been really happy since then lol so... ain't that sad? It's especially complicated because I didn't have any really close friends, and I only started hanging out with the friends I did have at the end of senior year and the following summer. And I also have some trauma attached to that (I literally had to switch to online college because it was easier to handle with my post- tramuatic stress). Recently I realized that I'm not even that close eith them, and even less now since they all have friends in their colleges. People in my high school friend group even make friends during K-12, and I can't really make any friends in college. I don't really mind just being by myself, (after all, that's how I spent the first 17 years of my life, and that's how I continue to spend it since I turned 18) but I feel like I'm not even valued by anyone else. P.S. I didn't copy someone's answer from the comments, it really happened to me I am 18 years old.

I left high school back in 2019. Before graduation, my class suffered a loss of one of our own to suicide months prior and it was really devastating. I didn't know her personally, but I remembered that she touched the lives of the many friends who did know her. There are days when I wish I could go back and relive my teen years differently, because at the time I didn't have a care in the world and thought high school would last longer than it did. Knowing what I know now than before, I wouldn't want to change it for the world.

School just ended yesterday, the school gym was filled with tears. I tried to hold mines in, but the moment i saw my friends crying and hugging that one person who was leaving I broke into tears and I couldn't stop the tears from falling. I am an adult and have been working for almost four years now. Time has changed, I have changed and grown up but I still remember the feeling I felt that day when I graduated. This song reminds me so much of it. It's nostalgic and kinda sad. Knowing those days of... innocence are long gone. I have been very uncertain before about my future. I graduated high school on June 1st 2023 and its been over year. Its crazy how fast it went felt like it was just yesterday. I remember listening to this song before grad and I was thinking about all the memories I had during high school and how surreal and thankful I was to have so many unforgetable memories. A year later I still think of those memories and wish I could go back to them. This song just reminds of the good times I had in high school. I miss it so much. I didn't watch Hannah Montana growing up but I just heard this song for the first time on a Spotify playlist and it brought back the sad graduation feels lol. During my high school graduation, I tried my absolute hardest not to cry, but let it out as soon as I got back home. I was so devastated. And now, as a sophomore in college, I really wanted to be able to say, ''wow, that was silly. I'm still in touch with all of my relatively close friends from then and high school isn't the end of everything.'' Especially since all of my high school friends were happy at graduation, but then I haven't been really happy since then lol so... ain't that sad? It's especially complicated because I didn't have any really close friends, and I only started hanging out with the friends I did have at the end of senior year and the following summer. And I also have some trauma attached to that (I literally had to switch to online college because it was easier to handle with my post- tramuatic stress). Recently I realized that I'm not even that close eith them, and even less now since they all have friends in their colleges. People in my high school friend group even make friends during K-12, and I can't really make any friends in college. I don't really mind just being by myself, (after all, that's how I spent the first 17 years of my life, and that's how I continue to spend it since I turned 18) but I feel like I'm not even valued by anyone else.

I left high school back in 2019. Before graduation, my class suffered a loss of one of our own to suicide months prior and it was really devastating. I didn't know her personally, but I remembered that she touched the lives of the many friends who did know her.
There are days when I wish I could go back and relive my teen years differently, because at the time I didn't have a care in the world and thought high school would last longer than it did. Knowing what I know now than before, I wouldn't want to change it for the world.
Man, when my grandfather passed away 9 years ago, I used to listen to this song and think about him, I didn't know much English back then but the translation still touched my heart. Only now do I realize it's a kinda "graduation" song but I think you can still interpret it however we want or need. Now, it's the present, my best friend passed away 6 days ago, she was so young, too young. I'm crying so much because this song hits hard, I think about all the moments we spent in college before she got sick. It hurts so much. I always dreamed of taking pictures together on our graduation day, I wish we could have done that. The whole time there was an empty space next to me. We dreamed of traveling together, now I only have those memories, promises I still plan on fulfilling -albeit alone-, and a need for processing all this. Even though I'm not gonna graduate any time soon (I'm in 10th grade now) and I still have so much time (in a way). This song already hits hard since it makes me look back at my previous years and see how I've grown as a person. There were many ups and downs, tears and laughs, the pressure, the excitement. I can't believe that this school opening, I won't be able go back to the same school and won't see the same people. When i was in year 4 i used to watch American high school graduations and cry to them, all whilst never knowing what it was like to leave the people you spent years with, or losing a friend.
Now im in year 8. Finished primary, lost, gained some friends. Still wish i could go back to that time when i could only live those friendships; not lie awake at night reminiscing them. Will forever love, and miss them. ❤

Damnnn, I left my class yesterday, and after 3 years together I really understand how much we have been through together and i’m so thankfull for all these people and that Ive had all of them in my life.
