To everyone commenting that I'm attracted to whomever I make eye contact with... I like Michael a lot as a friend but I am not making eyes at him. You're reading into something anyone who has a degree in Theater should know how to do. It's a performer trick called "passing the food" which means to direct attention to the one in the spotlight.

For the non-sponsors, Theater Mode is **fantastic**. The movie they had in the first episode was utterly horrible, but the commentary that Jack, Geoff, and Michael provided over it was hilarious. I was consistently laughing so hard that my chest hurt at times. The editing is well done, to boot; even some gags added in post will make you laugh. I definitely think it's worth the time and money of signing up for a sponsorship.
+Goombalo10 they'll have to get way more rights to put it on RUclips. Geoff said that since sponsorships are paid, it made the process of getting the global rights from the producers to use the movies much easier. So don't expect it to ever come out on RUclips.

This may sound kinda stupid, but I'd really like to see a stream of Jack playing vanilla Minecraft with no clear goals. Just peaceful Jack building a nice house for 2 hours.
The people accusing Griffon of liking Michael because of her polite manners to use eye contact are obviously the type of virgin nerds that you see on reddit/4chan/9gag etc that talk about creaming their pants because their crush said "hi" to them or looked at them lol
I had a Siberian Husky, (Atlas) who was huge, but scared of everything- like, it would lightly shower and he would be hiding under the table. One day he managed to tear the ligaments in BOTH his rear legs, and when we took him in to get that fixed they could only do one at a time. So we got one of them fixed up, and by the time that leg had fully healed the other one had semi-healed itself and the Vet just said it would be best if we let that heal over time by itself. After maybe a year both legs were perfectly fine, he just couldn't quite run as fast as he used to
this was great to see because geoff said in his AMA that he stopped doing the podcast because griffon wasn't gonna be in it anymore so now they got to do a podcast together again
+Oliver Akers As a choir kid in high school we were always taught to look at a soloist instead of doing our own thing, so the audience doesn't get distracted at whatever we're doing. So I think it was just out of respect
Really amazing to me that people think a female making eye contact means she is sexually attracted lol. Should talk to more females, actually for their sake don't
+Not A Ricer Well if you knew fuckall about Google you would know that its a last name of a few hockey players Mr. Not a Ricer. Must get lots of cookies with that one
If it's constantly and for a long time (like staring) I always feel awkward, but I'm not great with eye contact anyway xD . But I've learned from other things, making assumptions is fine, never act on them unless you're sure. For example, A girl making eye contact could mean she likes you, or she is interested in what you're saying, or she is just pretending to be interested in what you're saying to be nice. If you dont figure out which one it is, the outcome will vary vastly if you decide to act on it haha.
On the leaving a dog outside topic, my dog has been an outside dog since he was a puppy, 11 years now. When we first got him we tried to bring him in the house once it started getting really cold outside, he however, was not having it. He barked for the entire day and well into the night until we put him back outside. After that, we didn't hear a bark out of him unless someone was in the alley behind our house. Moral of the story, dogs have preferences... or something like that.
The background noise and hearing people taking in the background at first I found it annoying, but then I realized it just gives it the extra feel that your in a real bar. And that feeling that your tuning into a group conversation at a bar. Also gives it just another edge to this relaxed podcast.
+Mr. Scarecrow Dr. Frost Off Topic's great but I watch it less cause of episodes rarely being all achievement hunter people, they almost always have someone from funhaus or someone unrelated to RT at all.
+SiLenT366 I'm guessing you say this because of her straight eye contact with Michael whenever he spoke, but I think that's just her character. She likes to listen intently and give her full attention. You'll see her do the same to anyone else on the table, but it's because she faces the camera for Michael that it's alot more obvious and visible.
Lazertazer Geoff gave birth to Millie, so it would make sense that MILLIE therefore looks like Geoff, regardless of whose changing what. Not meaning to make a big deal out of it, the way you structured the sentence just ticked a nerve with me, is all.
Geoff's dream idea for the mystery movie with the library has also been done in Chuck Palahniuk's "Lullaby". Basically the main character notices a trend in a bunch of unexplained baby deaths, in that he found the same book of lullabies in the home. That leads him to discover that one of the lullabies in the book kills people when it is recited at them. Horror ensues.
This was an awesom episode Geoff and Griffon were great together would love to see her on some more episodes cause i loved the times when she was on the RT podcast.
Go to the first video podcast with griffon, you'll see comments like that about Joel, she looks at everyone like that, another example is go watch the rtx happy hour panel with Gavin
+Amish Alvi fuck me? I mean y'all can be mad all you want, but you can't lie that it is cringey to watch two people make under the table jabs at one another. like scared of my wife, or your next wife, or my ex wife like you can hate me but I'll come back one day.
Michaels story about his dog hits home. Right around the time this came out, My dog had that same thing, only in both his back legs. We have no money for surgery or amputation. He's healing naturally, which the vet said was fine.
No disrespect to Geoff, this is absolutely a compliment in the purest sense of the word. He landed such a stunner with Griffon. Such a sexy and interesting woman.
45:22 There actually are things to do in Cleveland. I've only been to several major cities, but Cleveland isn't bad. I've been to San Francisco, New York, Detroit, Cleveland, Washington D.C., and several others of varying sizes. The problem with any place is that the locals often don't know what's interesting to most people. If something is interesting to experience, you may go once every year to once in your life. Also things that cost money. So things that you pay money for you're not necessarily doing often if you don't have much of a disposable income. Uber drivers don't fit into the large amounts of disposable income category often. Uber drivers are discount taxi drivers which are discount limo drivers/chauffeurs. Cleveland has the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, NASA Glenn Research Center, Art and History Museum, it has beaches looking over Lake Erie, the Cleveland Metroparks, the science museum, one of the largest metropark systems, the Cleveland Zoo, architecture of old buildings, 3 major league sports teams each with their own venue, Playhouse Square is a group of large theaters for live plays, there's the Cleveland Orchestra , the West Side Market, and other places. Lakeview Cemetery has President Garfield buried there with him being the only US President buried above ground. Lakeview also has a stained glass chapel made by Tiffany the founder of the Tiffany jewelry company. The cemetery also has other noteworthy people like the creator of the gas mask traffic light (may be the same person), a Little Rascal, and is also where John D. Rockefeller the first billionaire and debatably richest person ever is buried. Telling you the bars, restaurants, and clubs to go to that average people take for granted would seem like a waste of time to tourists. One particular reason to look for food in Cleveland is it's home to Michael Simon and a few of his restaurants. Michael Simon has been on the food network in multiple shows including being an Iron Chef after being on the show at least twice. 40-50 minutes away from Cleveland you have Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio which is home to the greatest roller coaster in the world as rated by fans in Millennium Force as well as rated the best roller coaster park in the world. There are decent sized conventions held around Cleveland each year in Colossalcon and Wizard Con Cleveland. The NFL Hall of Fame is near Cleveland. The problem with any city is you have to know what you want to do first and foremost. I want to do nerdy stuff in most cities. There are very few cities that promote things like that. There's places in Japan for example that promote that. I also don't care about most history or celebrities. Monuments are somewhat interesting to me. Theme parks would be somewhat interesting to me. So having to travel to a city and then asking someone who knows little to nothing about you what to do when they don't know what there is to do is a poor formula. This whole thing connects to my desire to be factually accurate. There are better cities than Cleveland for many things. Just like New York city when I've been there wasn't that great for example. It's not my type of thing. So it's hard to hear people talk down about Cleveland when that city is overrated as a tourist spot for me. FAO Schwarz is gone for example.
46:00 There are horses in Cleveland. Half of the areas of Ohio are basically farms. If you want a larger place to ride horses, it's just a bit of a drive. I know of horses in the Cleveland Metroparks at least. There's also a large Amish population in Ohio so going on some roads on horses works well.
Nathan Burgess Yeah, going for 2 big championships this year. Just don't ask about the football team. Still won hockey (not top division) and UFC championships as well. So I think looking at 4-5. It'd been a good year.
For future streams you should have a "Main Camera" that has everyone's webcams on the border/corners of the screen and have the audio be the mic that captures everyone.
36:40 "I think we both pull our weight, but we have different areas.." "Some of us just pull our weight more." *Geoff proceeds to pull out a bottle of whiskey*
It's interesting to hear about what they do behind the scenes, they do a lot of entertainment playing video games but it was cool hearing Jack talk about setting up the audio.
How about you make a channel to post your livestreams on? Because streaming is great, but the problem is that I will probably miss them. I understand that you don't want those videos on the AH channel, so why not make a channel where you can dump them?
+Liam Huntsucker Dude, I am a sponsor, but for some reason my computer hates the site and it's more convenient to use RUclips for mobile, so seeing this message is kinda like a drunk dad getting a call from his son asking him to come home because his son misses him.
To everyone commenting that I'm attracted to whomever I make eye contact with...

the immaturity of the Internet is such.

I love when griffon is on. It reminds me of the old drunk tank podcasts. Geoff,Gus,Burnie and Griffon were the best group.
I really want a guest spot from Ray in a Theater Mode... he is the best at off-the-cuff banter.
And he's great at mocking things, which is what Theater Mode is.
He also needs to appear on off-topic.
This may sound kinda stupid, but I'd really like to see a stream of Jack playing vanilla Minecraft with no clear goals. Just peaceful Jack building a nice house for 2 hours.
+XenuLies That'd be wonderful to fall asleep to.
I don't mean that as an insult, that's a genuine observation.

"If you had to put a number on how many more years you think we'll be married?" Oof.
boy, that joke aged well....
A Geoff and Griffon podcast episode. Tis a treat
Gosh, look at how Jack looks longingly at Michael during the ad reads. He must really want him, clearly.

I never noticed how intensely Griffon maintains eye contact with whoever is speaking. Honestly, I would feel super intimidated.

Am i the only one that is so much happier that they put the RT sponsor ad at the beginning instead of randomly in the middle of the podcast.
Geoff looks so much like Millie when he's shaved
+Lazertazer Millie looks so much like Geoff when he shaves, you mean.
Nicky G.
It works either way, and it sounds weird that way because Millie's not the one changing.

murder!!!
Griffon's haircut is awesome
The way Griffon stares when she listens to michael is...intense lol
This was an awesom episode Geoff and Griffon were great together would love to see her on some more episodes cause i loved the times when she was on the RT podcast.
I miss seeing Griffon. She should be a regular guest of Off Topic.
Hahaha Griffon sits down and Geoff IMMEDIATELY pours himself a drink.
I don't know, the way Griffon looks at Michael when he's talking...
Geoff better watch out before Siri is telling Griffon where to hide the body
+scabbynacker Yeah not only that, but good lord can geoff and griffon get divorced already, shit is cringey as fuck
+Daniel Davison dude not cool
Go to the first video podcast with griffon, you'll see comments like that about Joel, she looks at everyone like that, another example is go watch the rtx happy hour panel with Gavin
+Daniel Davison also, fuck you
+Amish Alvi fuck me? I mean y'all can be mad all you want, but you can't lie that it is cringey to watch two people make under the table jabs at one another. like scared of my wife, or your next wife, or my ex wife like you can hate me but I'll come back one day.
Griffon is lovely and I like the different perspective she brings to this podcast, if only for one episode, it was really nice.
DRUNK TANK!!
Hahaha that's classic. I miss doing that.
Geoff and Griffon on a podcast again = Gold
Geoffs a lucky man.
Michaels story about his dog hits home. Right around the time this came out, My dog had that same thing, only in both his back legs. We have no money for surgery or amputation. He's healing naturally, which the vet said was fine.
Why is Geoff getting mad at Jeremy killing a starfish when he's killed multiple deer? Haha
And a cat
He killed them accidentally. And the deer lived, and the cat was already dying he put it out of its misery. Jeremy meant to kill the starfish.
FreedomMaster Fair, but didn't he kill one deer as he was driving back to put the original one out of it's misery?
The flowers made the set look SUPER different.
6 way streaming would be great for bring back GO!
just watched theater mode. perfect start, and it stayed awesome all the way through. Fucking love that series
'Deported'
Gavin Free
LOL
The intros where someone is dying are the funniest! XD
Holy fuck -- The Legend of the Griffon returns.
Cleveland Rocks!
Nathan Burgess Yeah, going for 2 big championships this year. Just don't ask about the football team. Still won hockey (not top division) and UFC championships as well. So I think looking at 4-5. It'd been a good year.
For future streams you should have a "Main Camera" that has everyone's webcams on the border/corners of the screen and have the audio be the mic that captures everyone.
at 1:46 l'm wondering how long it takes Blaine to get pizza
You'll be waiting for a while
36:40
"I think we both pull our weight, but we have different areas.."
"Some of us just pull our weight more."
*Geoff proceeds to pull out a bottle of whiskey*
I've come to the conclusion that Geoff is a mixture of Tony Hawk and Billie Joe Armstrong.
+CoolCacti Without the beard this is far more correct than I'm comfortable with
+CoolCacti You just hit it on the nose.
Griffon would look amazing with a colored chest piece.
The correct answer was 1 year...
Jack said "Howdy"
Ray is gonna be pissed
36:32 foreshadowing
The name of that library book should be "How to get away with murder"
As someone who has lived in Northeast Ohio for my whole life I can confirm that there are a lot of fucking cemeteries here.
HeckuvaMedusa8 Probably
Best off topic yet. This show is made for the Griffin and Geoff dynamic
The first Off Topic I've seen. Guess why?
+ElectricRazer why
Griffon
Legitvids078 makes sense
+coleslaw 24 the fact that you asked... It's the same reason for all of us.
It's interesting to hear about what they do behind the scenes, they do a lot of entertainment playing video games but it was cool hearing Jack talk about setting up the audio.
Now they're divorced :(
talking about the wrestling League videos 3 months before they started coming out.
I love re-watching older videos
How about you make a channel to post your livestreams on? Because streaming is great, but the problem is that I will probably miss them. I understand that you don't want those videos on the AH channel, so why not make a channel where you can dump them?
They have a channel to dump them on...it's called let's play
emanymton713 I don't think they want to dump them there
+RocketFist Agreed. Something like Ray's RUclips channel.
+IAMTHEJUGGERNATE Exactly
+RocketFist There are fans who upload them I think Mi Channel was one of them
Love when Jeremy gets the camera on him and just freaks out! 23:16
I wish griffon was on stuff like this more like I'd genuinely watch a podcast she hosts
the ad reads for this podcast are fantastic
Peer pressure doesn't work on me guys I'm not becoming a sponsor.
Fight the power little man
+Liam Huntsucker Well, it may not have worked on you, but it worked on me and LEMME TELL YA. Theater Mode is fucking hilarious!!
+Liam Huntsucker Dude, I am a sponsor, but for some reason my computer hates the site and it's more convenient to use RUclips for mobile, so seeing this message is kinda like a drunk dad getting a call from his son asking him to come home because his son misses him.
+RavenMania Gaming
I see your game
+Liam Huntsucker Tried becoming a sponsor to watch Theatre Mode. The site won't even let me. Sucks that their website is horrible.
Griffon's earrings are awesome!
GRIFFON ITS BEEN SO LONG!
I live for gavin's credits at the end.
