Here's a tutorial:
Get color wheel
Make object outline
Copy it
Color it in
Add shading by selecting the light or darker color and make it very transparent (like 85%)
Draw a scribble of it on the original color
Copy that color and remove the scribble
Set transparency to 0
Color the shading
Paste outline
Done
