Bro, that skit was me exactly. Bled my clutch come to find out my slave cylinder was clogged. I removed the bleeder valve, pressed the clutch pedal five times and it came all over my headers. After that I topped of the reservoir, allowed it to flow until almost empty, topped it back off and shut the valve. And just like that the clutch is back in the game. "clutch feel gud." Thanks dude. HSG is the shit!!!!
Omg. Working on my 2007 Honda Accord for 4 days. Was pretty frustrated with my 'clutch feels like shit' clutch. Was in a pretty bad mood. Looked for fastest way to bleed the clutch. This video made my day! Laughed my arse off. Thanks for the directions on the gravity bleed. Yup, it's fast and works!
MrImhighoffmusic I don’t know if it’s my pride and ego or I hate to admit it maybe a lil envy but when someone’s comments have a lot of likes I’m less likely to like it even if it’s good. Thanks. Helped out a lot. Didn't know you could bleed the gravity way. Saved me a ton of time instead of waiting on my dip shit lagger friends to show up and help. 1996 4runner.
I’d just like to thank you, for making this vid saving me money (16yrs old) my dad wouldn’t help me but came up and walked away also it was only -20 degrees out here in wi
Im a mechanic and I watch your channel just for the humor, although you make solid videos that help many people work on their cars. Especially when they are yelling.."Why does this clutch feel like shit !!" LOL
Nice. Never thought I’d be laughing at a bleeding fluid video lol. Hahahaha great video Mark Edit**. Your the man I appreciate the hearted comment. I watch a informative funny video 3 years after you made it and 20 minutes later you heart my comment. Congratulations on all your success your doing awesome job. Love the jdm front integra you got now 😍😍 thanks for all the great videos

on my truck the most affective way i found was to open the bleeder screw and press the clutch (with the bleeder open it stays on the floor) then close the bleeder screw. pull the clutch up by hand and open the bleeder again. press clutch to floor. close bleeder screw ...... repeat this about 6 times and done! its easier with a second person to work the clutch but ive done it by myself. Even if you run the system dry it will work.
some cars clutch feeds off the break resiviour, my crapbalt with the ecotec for instance, when i first had to check my clutch fluid i was real confused till i saw a little line going to the clutch frm th break resiviour. cobalts are some weird cars. id emagine all the ecotec vehicles like the hhr, satern ion, pontiac g5, chevy aveo, and deff the cavalier, possibly likely that the cruze is like that too.
I tried this method but was not getting anywhere. So I added a 1 man brake bleeder from harbor freight to the mix. Trick was to let it ooze UP into the catch, press in the clutch to the floor where it would stick, then close the bleeder then pull back the peddle. Bam! Got some pressure, just had to repeat 4x.
Replaced the slave on my 65 plate Fiat 500, no problems for a month then “clutch feels like shit” came back.. is this the best thing to do? Garages have been pissing me around!! Thanks ❤️
I fucked-up. I noticed my clutch “felt like shit” in my 2006 Honda Civic Si. Looked like reservoir was full from viewing thru plastic, but it was just stain. No visible fluid left when I opened lid!! I assume air now in system. Will gravity filling/draining now eliminate any air that may have gotten into system if I keep reservoir filled while waiting for clear fluid at other end?
I have to bleed the slaves cylinder every 6 days and I've changed the slave and master 8 times..... Every single part is brand new it only works about 6 days and then it's hard to shift again
VERY entertaining...I like how you made this video interesting...and made me laugh...and will this work if I have a car that has a shared brake fluid reservoir with both brakes and clutch???...it's a 2000 Ford Focus
My 94 civic clutch is like stucc to the floor I have to use my hand for it to go bacc up all the way, will this help me? I know it’s easier to just try it but no video specifically ties those issues together and no leaks
So I’ll gravity bleed it, while Keeping it topped off, when it’s a steady stream I’ll go ahead and tighten it back up, and top off the reservoir, but the clutch isn’t different, the clutch pushes down with ease and won’t come back up without pulling it up. Any solution? I’ve tried the old way of pumping like 15 times keeping the clutch on the floor, crack the bleeder open, and when it’s done close it back up and pull the clutch back up, I’ve done this like 10 times, while watching the reservoir and putting brake fluid in. The clutch still doesn’t want to have any resistance or come back up on its own, any solutions? This is on a 1994 Acura integra
@@8uriimu putting the tube at the end of the bleeder . make sure the tube goes in a bottle, press the clutch like 10 times . and just releasing the pressure into the bleeder system , do it until there’s no bubbles, you can always do it again. i think that’s what i did.
My dumb ass forgot to do a bench bleed on the clutch master, will this method work? As of now the pedal has no pressure, no matter how much I pump the pedal I can’t build pressure and there’s a ton of tiny air bubbles in the reservoir.
I apply his solo method for 3 occasions, it works. Fast n easy about 20 to 30min. Save you money on towing and workshop repair fee. Keep a dot 4 in car, 8mm wrench for slave pump and optional 12mm or 14mm wrench for master pump incase of adjust/loosen stroke of the master pump in order for dot3/4 to drip smoothly at slave pump by gravity
Well, I always thought, that most cars only have one fluid reservoir for both together... the brake and the clutch... my E39 or my Sportage for example...

I love it

Cheaper to replace whole break master cylinder.
Love that my clucth works from the brake master cylinder.
I have issue with my 2007 accord when the car is of the gears go in but ones the motor is on they dont want to go in i need help?
Thanks man I was replacing my clutch master cylinder and this help a lot in bleeding all the air from the cylinder.
Does the clutch pedal have to be up or down for this to work please?

Much better instruction. It was so clear
Just tried it and it works like a charm!
Do you have to do this after a clutch change
What if the clutch peddle wont come back up and zero fluid is coming out ..
I sure hope you continue making videos you are dope dude ty
Hi did your clutch fluid become clear at the top up reservoir, still looked a bit dark.
Will it work on a Honda Accord Accord tsx 2009?
Hell ya! You’re cool. I subscribed like I never do because you were a big help and your video was fun to watch lol.
this is too funny, love this channel.
What about the 96 Ford Ranger? Got any ideas on how to bleed those without taking the lines and master cylinder out of truck?
Is that a roadstar in the back ground
I have resorted to rewatching old videos... make new videos !! much love, and good vibes, happy new year!

Awesome video. Great customer lol
That keemstar opening song lol.. lets gt riiiighhhht into the news
leave the reservoir open while working, so the fluid can move into the line

Good shit man!!! Cracked me up!!!😂
I watched this 5 times
Air goes into the bleeder valve.
would this get rid of air in the master cylinder?
Not only a real friendly guy but I have absolute confidence in his sage advice!
😂😆👌🏼 lookin like a Commercial
honestly thank you so much i was that customer before this video
Hey but before u start doing that does the clutch pedal have to be done or up
Brillian video mate. But 1 question. what if the bleed screw is not 8mm but 10mm? what do I do?
then use one that fits your 10mm

this didn't work on a newer civic. the line snakes around all over and looks like it's trapping air.
