    A zero waste idea for all of you : Don't throw the seeds, some amla was left on sides.... So boil all these seeds in some water. Then cool and remove the left over pulp from the seeds... And add according to taste; black salt, black pepper roasted jeera powder ( or some sweetner) and a healthy drink is ready... One can drink it warm or cold ...
