Your video starts with "khabarer na ache dhormo na ache jaat" but in none of the videos i see Mr. Mir having any pork dishes. Goes away from the baseline that you have set. Anyways, indrajit you nail it. I really like how you bring to the table delicious food with interesting facts circling the cuisine. Would love to see individual videos of yours. Cause you are a real foodie.
@Samit Datta Exactly brother, everyone is entitled to their beliefs and i respect it. My only question is if food doesn't have a religion, then as a foodie he should be open to everything, which isn't the case for him. I didn't drag religion into the food show, the opening line of the video did. I am just highlighting the prejudice being still existent in a food show. And people like us, we are not hypocrites like you to tell something and preach something else.

It’s not about the religion of food. It’s like do only Muslims are having moghlaii, or Hindus are not having Mughal food. It’s the Origin of the food. Chinese-noodles, Mughal-biriyani, Bhudist - momo etc. don’t bring religion in everything. Get a life..

For the video on momo and chinese dishes, I would like to suggest few resturants which are my personally favourite. Please have a research on them too.

2. Momo I am ( science city bypass bridge)
3. Canton (behala thana)
4. Hao Chi ( behala parnasree) (this restro has a wonderful food quality, taste and a budget that can challenge any chinese resturants in kolkata)

মীরদা ও ফুডকা, মুমু নিয়ে কোলকাতায় আমার দারুন স্মৃতি আছে। ২০১৬ সালে আব্বাকে নিয়ে চিকিৎসার জন্য মুকুন্দপুর গিয়েছিলাম, লাগাতার বৃষ্টির কারনে অন্য কোন খাবার খেতে ইচ্ছে হচ্ছিল না, তাই লানন্চের সময় মাছ ভাজা ডাল সাদা ভাত, আর প্রতি সন্ধ্যা বেলায় মুমু আর নুডল স্যুপ! বৃষ্টির দিনে এ খাবার দারুন জমেছিল!

I would strongly suggest one good place for Momo- "Jeet Momo Stall"; they serves a out-of-the-box dish called "Kobiraji Momo" which is fried momo in Kobiraji style of cooking. They have their authentication certified from TOI itself. The stall is situated beside Phoolbagan metro station
