Hello, I’m from Brazil, and I need help! After connecting my camera to my phone, it updated the firmware and now it simply won’t turn on! I plug the camera into the outlet, and no lights come on! It just doesn’t work!! I’ve already sent an email, and I really need assistance!
I have just bought a 2 brand new old stock MDC300GW cameras, and can't get either to connect to obtain a firmware update. Can I get a manual download please?

My camera can’t finish the update.. everytime get stucked at 50% of the update.. how can i solve this? I tried everything the manual says.. i tried to delete the camera and make everything from the beginning but nothing change
Hello Luca, There are several reasons why the firmware update may fail: 1. Your network connectivity is low: When your mobile device is on a slow network, you may want to try updating the firmware when your phone is connected to the same WiFi as the camera is connected to or even standing near your router. 2. Your camera is offline: The firmware can be updated only when your camera is online, in other words, you see the camera listed as online in the app (you see the green dot). If your camera is offline, you may need to reboot it to bring it back online and then update the firmware. If a reboot does not bring your camera online, then you may need to delete it and pair it again. Hello Alexander, Try resetting the camera by turning it off, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. It's important that you hear the beep and that the LED light starts flashing to indicate it's in pairing mode. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera. I have a NC112 and when I try to update it just says, "the firmware OTA upgrade is not available", can you please help?

Me too. Doesn't even download the firmware, just immediately pops up saying it failed.

i did the hard reset, but i dont hear the beep, the led is red but it doesnt happen anyhting. what can i do?

@@hubbleconnectedsupport3046 no, there is absolutely no beep. If I don't press the button the led turns off, and if I pressed it, it stays on in Red
