doing a great job on the barn...I've not seen you crown any of those 2/4s? It is a barn though...but should you ever build a house, it's something you should be doing, imho.
Joel, I cracked up when you were pointing out buildings and stuff from the top of the hill opposite the stable. You said "the woods over there are where our Peter lives", like he's some little forest land creature lol! I know you meant that's where his house is located, but your delivery of it really made me laugh
Joel, you are so humble that you can`t even tell a lie when you did not have any knowledge of it or when it would not be known to any of the viewers. You admit to it and correct what you said immediately. Well done. Won`t it be nice when the whole world is that way?
Hi Joel - always love your videos - thanks for sharing even on this cold, wintery day! A huge thanks for answering my, not a dumb question, haha - I appreciate it - love watching the hay barn progression - you are a hard worker for sure! :-)
Hey Joel just a heads-up when dealing with electrical for your safety ALWAY DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE LEAD LAST AND WHEN CONNECTING ALWAYS CONNECT THE NEGATIVE LEAD FIRST.
That sausage sandwich reminded me of when I was about 10 years old and my grandma would send me down to the store which also was a business that raised their own cows and pigs and I got to go down and buy a pound of fresh ground sausage. She'd quiz me. "Did you watch them grind that fresh or get it out of a tub?". Fresh. Oh, your Amazon wish list only has one thing on it now. You need to update it when you have a chance and add a couple of dozen more things.. What a fun video to watch, thanks.
Hey Joel, BRRRR! We used to live in Michigan a long time ago, but our parents got sick of the weather so we moved to sunny California! Haven’t looked back since. We’re watching your channel from here! Cheers!
I have a suggestion. You might want to look into getting a clip on mic that you can clip to your coat/shirt. Unless you're really close to the camera, it's hard to hear you. 😊 ❄️❄️❄️☃️
Good luck with the new Hayburn. It’s looking really good. Stay warm and maybe make a thermos of hot tea or coffee to have down at the Haybarn to keep yourself warm or even having a hot soup really helps too cause I used to work at a farm and having something hot to drink was always great. Good luck with the new Haybarn.
Great video! I love seeing all the snow. Do you have mesh on the top of your hat or some sort of liner inside? Seeing the donkeys play in the snow is just joyful. They are too damn cute. Stay warm. Be safe. Pet Leia. See you in the next one.
Hello Joel, that’s is good no climbing up on top of barn to dangerous especially if wind is blowing hard or bad weather. That’s a good way of getting down sick not bundled up good. Winter is beautiful with snow on trees and ground and ponds but don’t like shoveling snow . So far no snow again just rain its in the high 50’s and later lows 30’s. Windy and raining very cold.
If you want to live in stable, move to the Nevada desert. There you have multiple choices. None of them are exactly the Hotel California. But close. 😍🍑😜 Now that's a stable worth living in. 😁✌🖖
The truck is AWESOME 👏👏👏👏 🥶🥶 cold but beautiful 😍 Yep warm and cosy watching you 😊 More timber cut for the Barn in that weather WELL DONE 👍👍👍👍 Good video AGAIN 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Love from the UK x
I was looking at your property on Google maps. I was wandering why you don't take your build supplies in from the road at the horse stable top entrance. Is it too narrow at the gate or don't want to disturb the horses. Also, off camera I would jump out the safety on the tractor seat!!😬🤫🤫
We're colder than normal for this time of year. Our high was only 71 at 11 am and it been dropping all afternoon with drizzle and a north wind. Rio Grande Valley TX near Space X.
I live in Canada and can send you lots of snow and cold weather

Good day to all.
We have just had 3 days of power cut after stormy weather -- I hope things work out better for you !

Really enjoyed watching 👍👍
Ever think of using the wagons with walls as scaffolding for the installation of the roof?
Are you going to have a hay feeder in the shelter side of the new barn?
Why not add full length (both sides) wind bracing in the new build?

Howdy from El paso
Do you ever saddle up and ride your horse to go do tasks like fence stuff? Must be nice to know you could if ya had to!😊
Do horses get the zoomies like dogs do on occasion?

and its 32 degrees celcius here which is your 90 degrees. Plus about 85% humidity
Do the horses wear a special winter horseshoe?

😉😂 it's definitely an option. But the horses add an extra level of difficulty to things. They are very curious animals 😄
