I have Fibromyalgia and Major Depressive Disorder, and this has really given me some helpful ideas of things I can do in my planner that would be really helpful, thank you. Hey Carolyn! I was just wondering if, for your weight lifting inserts, you made those yourself or got them from somewhere?! I don't know of any shops that have such an insert, but I'm hoping to get back into weight training once I go back to school this fall and would lovee to be able to utilize those inserts if I can get them from anywhere!
