I think he already has some vids about this topic. But I think the majority suggests to, at least: support yourself financially with a job and just commit yourself to what you want. It can take years before you start seeing results. But the most important thing: do it for yourself, dont take people's opinions too seriously.
And look up for help if needed

1. have a job to keep a roof above your head. you can be the best music producer ever, but if you have to sell everything, you can't make any music anymore. after that when you're 18 or living on your own, you can decide yourself if you wanna make it a career or not. they can't stop you as a responsible adult
