122 mtr Height restriction na hota to Gift Dubai se aage nikal.jaata ... There was a master plan to Build 70-80 floor Taller buildings in Gift. But AAI just ruined everything....

Too many speedbreakers they put here. Half of this would have been sufficient. This will make traffic in the future too slow.

Bhai each side 4 lane hai 2 service lane aur 2 main
No proper footpaths on both sides, such narrow roads...no parking provisions...no bus lanes, no space for bus stops..no cycle lanes..so many speed breakers and intersection to break the traffic flow...no intra connectivity...full open land tha for proper planning yet repeating the same mistakes of every other business centers in India!
@@herambpatkar there is enough space left on both sides to make cycle lanes, footpaths, bus lanes once a sizeable population comes in
