People complaining about hygiene, I read online about a professional chef saying that contrary to popular belief, gloves spread more germs than not wearing them, unless you keep changing them after every task. He doesn’t wear them, and so does nobody at any high end restaurants. As far as I can see, here in the video, he uses clean utensils. Why assume and mock him? Stop! It just makes you look like a wannabe cleanliness freak!
if he cleaned his hands with soap before starting the job then it's alright👍
@Real M i got your point and I'm not comparing them with the chefs in hotels. though i eat street food only from office areas, their sales are a lot and their clients are all educated, which means I'll be getting the best quality Street food and this is my suggestion to everyone, try to eat Street food only from vendors whom you know sell a lot and the kind of people eating there. your point about cleaning hands once a week looks exaggerated or maybe it's from a vendor who doesn't sell much and is in a remote area😂. the thing is, even if the cook is clean, doesn't mean they're tools and their food is also clean. like in a restaurant, the vegetables are going to be very clean and fresh but this cannot be said for all street food vendors.

Впервые вижу чтобы тесто взбивали и оно при этом пузырилось и булькало. А процесс выпечки на перевенутом котле это вообще цирковой трюк. Без особого навыка эти блины, просто так неизпечешь.Сразу видно что это мастера своего дела. 😄😉👍👍👍
