    🙏 just finished my Wild Rose Detox to get ready for the Holidays! I live in Canada also & wondering if one goes out in -20C & back inside after to the warmth…would this not be similar to hot & cold ? 🧐

      ➡️Yes, it says on the label of both: 1 or 2 capsules with every meal. They help you digest well and absorb nutrients said some experts.
