Idk what drummer they’re on but the rest of them have been playing together for probably close to 30yrs. Some of the best musicians I’ve seen live and this is going back to the mid 90s.
I saw these guys a few times back in the 90s. They were great shows..... very memorable because they were so good. I'm glad to hear they are still making music and sounding awesome.
Are the Allstars back together? I thought they were the band Karl had before Tiny Universe? I’d love to see Karl do a show with Maceo Parker! Dueling saxes would be killer!
They were never "not together". They just do other projects as well. Mike does movie stuff. Robert does all kinds of jazz projects. Check out the 'Color Red' label.
Mike's studio is so phenomenal!!!!!! Perfect sound with looks to die for. It's quite an achievement in itself. Shows his respect & dedication to the process. Such a true GEM.
