So if i call someone a fool out of anger, and ask God to forgive me, am i forgiven? I believe in Jesus and he my saviour. I asked this person to forgive me.
Wow! Thank you sir for the word you have given…. I am angry for the wrong that has happened and continues; and my anger is toward my brother. It is with a cause however. It’s for the harm and neglect towards my young son, but when I read Mathew 5:21 out of the wrong Bible version, it never mentioned “without cause”. I have been torn and pained to know that Christ wasn’t having my back on this situation. I still do love my brother, and will pray for him. My anger is not to the extent of wanting to harm him, however; my son is mine to nourish and care for. Thank you!
The heart + mind is key here which is why ours must be focused in on the Lord, for when we get into ourselves we get into sin and sin nature. When we don't talk out what is going on, in due time, the seed germinates, grows and harvest, and we find out of the blue, we act it out what we never thought would be possible for us. Behavior matches focus. We can justify all day long, yet we will be wrong every time, when we miss submitting to God, yield to His will and way, no matter what level of anger, resentment, bitterness, or tension is going on. If something bad happens it's because we allowed it to happen in feeding it's festering.
Before David gets 2 minutes in - he identifies 2 crucial aspects. The letter of the law + add ons. Going past what God commands, is much like a QB throwing the ball to the receiver in the endzone who ran past the boundaries. So when one goes too far or out of bounds, instead of a SCORING TOUCHDOWN, they lose a down, and all goes for naught. The other part is - FAMINE of the WORD. Some do not know or study the bible, simply because they do not have one. Some depend on others to read and give their version of study not doing their own homework and research. The Word can never get into you if you don't get into the Word. One must exhibit a hunger for the Word of God.
Jesus straightened them out.

Hi, I'm Jesus
