Wave Breaker: The Rescue Coaster at SeaWorld San Antonio is an Intamin multi-launch coaster. Themed to jet skis, this attraction is built over the park's central lake. The coaster features 2 launches and a layout that hugs the surface of the water to accentuate the ride's speed.

I loved this coaster when I rode it last month, but it always bugged my that a coaster themed to jetskis would go over land at any part of the experience (minus the brake run)

I am not being picky with this suggestion, but I think the orientation video in the launch tunnel would've been recorded with Matt Gutman, who was the host of SeaWorld's former weekend educational program Sea Rescue. If not him, actress Rachel Teenagers from their sister program The Wildlife Docs would've been another good option.
