@@baidehan I mean u should tell them face to face, because they probably don’t know they have been impacting you so much.
1. First find their "local building chat group", normally the neighborhood should have a chat group in the WeChat or some IM apps. And find a way to join that chat group and talk to them in that group (public shame)
2. bring them some gifts to the family and told them you got a hard life to live on (your job and something) then give them a specific time frame when to keep the noise down
3. record it down and bring it to the local committee(居委會) and talk to the officers, they will try to make the negotiation
4. record it down and post it on the Bilibili, but it is like a public shame in extreme way, so the result can be extreme too
5. China is big, move to another apartment
