Hi Lesley, I have been viewing your vlogs since you started. Great video, felt as if I was actually roaming around the market myself. Great to see that many local varieties of Mangoes (including Mulgoa if I'm not mistaken) are still available in Goa even during peak monsoon season.
Hi Mahesh, thanks so much for your kind comment. The video captions mentioned that filming was done in late June. I only got a chance to put up this video now. At present, there are lots of mangoes in the market but from north India as Goan varieties season is over. Thanks for watching
Hi Lesley, your vlogs are really amazing & more importantly very informative. A small request, could you please consider Christmas shopping (preferably decor) in one of your upcoming vlogs...it would be splendid!
Hi, thank you for your kind comment. I am afraid I can't entirely fulfil this request as I find decor shopping very boring. But will certainly be showing all the Christmas items in Margao and Mapusa markets in December
@lesleyingoa haha...this is something my 10yr old son would've said about shopping, he absolutely dislikes it. But your plan sounds perfect, looking forward :)
What a lovely background music. Thank you for uploading such a nice video. You made us travel virtually. Quick question: would you know if the sausage lady only sits on Fridays?
The pork butchers in the pork market opposite the veg and fruit market, have good sausages and are there every day. On Sundays, only in morning half. Best sausages are in New Market
Hi Lesley. Great channel and very helpful. We've been looking for a clay soldado figurine and was wondering if you would know of any places apart from the Mapusa pottery market and Margao market?
Hi, Margao SGPDA market is everyday. It never closes. Mapusa Friday market is a weekly market relatively closer to Baga. It’s open on other days also but maximum choice is on Fridays
Great video, nice music!
Thanks man!
Wow that was my market when I lived in Seraulim❤
