I still watch the old reruns every weekday morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on COZY TV.
I do too as I sit and sew. It is truly comfort viewing. :)
My husband's niece started watching it a few months ago. It was funny she said uncle Rusty I found this new show I started watching it's really good it's about people that lived a long time ago and they didn't have cars and stuff. And my husband says and what is it she says my dad says it's a new show it's called Little House on the prairie. We just smiled. And her dad says well it's new to her and she's really enjoying it, and she's 13. So it's new to her.
Oh, that is so precious. I love that the show is being discovered by a new generation. Thank you for sharing the joy!

The first episodes were the best. When Laura got married and ma and pa Ingalls left the show it really went downhill.

I don't think it was so bad, when Laura, and even Mary, got married. But, it did lose something when Ma & Pa, (and even Almanzo!) left the show. It really did lose something, then. 😥💔

When did that happen? I've been seeing all kinds of Little House On The Prairie advertisements but I never heard anything about it being blown up.
@@geralddanfordjr3470after the show ended Landon promised to leave the property the way he found it so they made it into a episode where the blow up the town "The last Farwell"😢
I read that he did this so that no-one else could use it to film any other show/movie. I totally agree about it being a classic and would have been neat to keep for tours and such. But, I can understand ML's reasoning and wanting to make sure it didn't get used for something else. ❤

@@LauraIngallsGunnI live 15 to 20 minutes from Simi Valley,CA. I couldn't afford to pay for the bus and take me to where the TV set,etc .. BTW, I am deaf and age 56, disabled with a hip replacement. .it's hard for me to get there. I wonder if anyone if you are willing to take me to the TV set local (Walnut Grove), walk around with a cane . I can't walk alone due to my unbalance walking. Let me know. Thank you
Still bring memories of my childhood in DOMINICAN REPUBLIC where the little house on the praire was famous!! My family we used to sit together to enjoy such a sweet program. The whole cast stole our family heart. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

There was a old man that was lying next to me. I didn't say anything. I just thought how is this. Then he said I'm GOD your father. I had you in my arms during your accident. And I'll have you in my arms for the rest of your life. For I have a place in heaven. But I'm not finished with you on earth.
