This was the song I used for the only solo I ever choreographed for myself during my dance career. The original song was hellfire by barns as well but three days before the show I was told that the lyrics were inappropriate and I had to choose a different song. So I chose this song and choreographed an entirely new piece in three days and performed it. I was suffering with large sores on my inner thighs and immense pressure to learn and perfect countless other pieces in the show. It was a genuinely traumatic experience and today is the first day in 2 years since that I've been able to listen to either song. It's beautiful music and I missed it

I'm so mad that it took me so long to find him! I've heard "Fire" multiple times, and while its good, it wasn't until I heard "Champions" that I looked into the artist. Everything I've heard by Barns Courtney I've loved.
