I find that back Jax assist instead of forward makes the combos easier, is there any advantage to using forward Jax assist besides back throw in the corner?
For Cyrax combos, you can get meterless too but it's less damage: starter, bd3, cyrax vertical chopper, ji3 (in the air as cyrax is hitting) bf3. It works at max range for the f34 too. You CAN get Cyrax to extend combos off a df2, but it's really strict timing for me and not worth it.
Yo yo yo. I got a question???😁anyway you could do a new post patch Raiden guide as theve changed the mechanics since you made this 1. His new move changes the order in combos and only works if you combo into his new move 1st then combo as normal. Certainly gives Raiden more of a wider hitbox 👍
Bruh it’s that bad, scorpion don’t got no mix this year, they fked him over this mk. I mained him & im switching to Raiden. It’s hard opening up good mfs online. They crouch & poke. Atleast Raiden has mixups & will save you the rage & headache. Until they give scorpion something else which I doubt it is what it is
@@RoyalCam9Scorpy has mixups now. Hr still isnt super great, buy I do well with him. To get the best outta Scorpy you have to use every special cancel n jump cancel he has. He certainly got a better deal buffed that Zero👍🥳
Wow what a coincidence that I just started practicing with Raiden & Avirk the scorpion 🦂 God who I always study has a Raiden guide when at 6 in the morning I’m up mastering his combos 🤯 I’m switching to Raiden, easy to learn, great damage, & he actually has mixups. unlike scorpion in this mk I won’t have to struggle trying to open good players up
Yeah scorpion have great moves just missing that opener … you have to work extra hard. Raiden is like a clean Baraka just great moves how come old Raiden wasn’t like this?

Like most of the roster, I really didn’t like the very bland base outfit Raiden. But his skin you unlock at level 18 is sick and I love the darker color variant you get later for it. Smoke is in the same category, his base skin sucks to me. But that level 18 skin is crazy good. It’s just wild that you have to level everyone so much just to get their cooler skins. Reptile is probably one of the few where I think his unlockable skin is actually worse than his starting one.

The numbers represent the buttons 1=square or X 2=triangle or Y 3=X or A 4=circle or B The letters represent the direction F=forward B=backwards and so on same for jumping and such. R would mean the kameo button.
His combos are pretty easy to lab honestly. I’m trash at the game and came up with a FB combo that does 50%. Just fuck around with his combo starters & see what you can come up with.

How do you perform the traveling magnetic storm by Raiden on mk1 ?
I cant seem to connect the cartwheel part of F34 after Jax's grab it keeps whiffing any advice?
I think his only weakness is that his only Mid is slow as shit at 18f
his only low is pretty slow too. it's a good move in general but having fast mixups is just too important for me

Basically play raiden/ cyrax and cancel everything into electro dome then call cyrax into more electro dome. 20-30% chip
I can't get the timing right with Jax unfortunately. He knocks me down most of the time and I drop the combo.
