I have hooded eyes too girl & I've never worn a wing liner. I always did a smokey eye with dramatic lashes. I still do a smokey eye but I never use black anymore. I'm all about mustard tones atm.
Beautiful look but the edges aren't as blended as they could be. I have a trick for a seamless blend when I do these types of looks. Take a lighter transition shade underneath the darker colour and use it to blend the edges of the darker shadow. At the very end, I take translucent powder on my brush and blend over all the edges and it diffuses it and gives it the most blended look! Just a bit of CC for you :)
