I ordered redmi pad 3gb variant from official website.They sent me a damaged product which was fully recorded on an unboxing video.They are shamelessly refusing to replace the product despite having the whole unboxing video. Does anyone have any idea how deal with these fraudsters other than going up for a legal action.

You can never take notes using this tablet or any other Android tablets for note making only iPads are the only option .
