At first I thought the clouds having such a small repeating track they run was stupid, but then I remembered that TOTK has to treat its clouds as a balance item not an aesthetic item. Since they can block your view of things in the sky. So as stupid as it looks it might be necessary, and might not be everywhere in the sky.
