Floyd would go out to the club, not drink alcohol then run home at 2 am in the morning. Floyd was different.
That is a very good exercise. It’s also a fun way to incorporate cardio into the program. I wish the video had his jump rope routine in it. If you combine the two, I’m sure it’s an easy method to shed extra weight.

Always landed and threw more punches while taking no damage. His style was as close to perfect as you could ever get. You are too uneducated in boxing to understand the sheer impossibility of his record against the level of competition and ball of famers he faced. He took no damage against arguably the best record against the best level of competition ever. It's a one in a trillion shit of happening, and it will never be duplicated.
