I feel like Ladybug should open up more to chat in the show, because honestly it will only benefit her. Chat noir is the only other permanent, full time superhero who understands what ladybug is going through. Alya might understand her thoughts but I feel chat would understand better. Even though alya is technically a full time superhero now, shes Rena Furtive, a spy who cant be discovered. I feel like it would be awesome if, when ladybug and chat grow closer after ladybug opens up, that chat helps her with her problems. That alone could help initiate a reveal. But those are just my thoughts
The reveal is not going to happen till season 6. I think so but I am pretty sure from what's going on right now we will be able to see chat blance 2.0 and maybe antibug too. This is going to be a wild ride.
I think just like that. They really have to talk. I can understand CN's feelings. He feels useless and like he failed everything and like a unriliable person. LB really need to show/say him that this is not like that.. i think she cares about him the most, trust him more than anyone and sees him as her bestfriend.. In brief. I think they are mostly lying to themselves than each other. They tell themselves they “trust each other” but in reality it’s blind trust not based off of any truth or love. They hurt each other by keeping secrets and not working to fix their crumbling relationship. They tell themselves “it’s fine” even though it isn’t. Ladybug has never told her fears about Chat Blanc to Chat Noir, and CN never told Ladybug about how much hurt he feels when she ignores him
I don't think they are lying to themselves about this. In the episode Lies (at least I think so), they were talking and they said "It doesn't matter how many secrets we keep, because, by the end of the day, we can only trust each other" (something like this). They have to lie and keep secrets to protect their identity. It has been always like this. But being guardian was rlly overwhelming for Mari, so she needed to tell Alya. If we add this new permanent superhero and Marinette's traumas related to ChatBlanc, CN is being left behind. Mari is trying to protect him at all cost, but it isn't working. We will probably get a Ladynoir agnst 🥲 But, I also think it will be good, if it isn't to Ladynoir, it is going to be good to the love-square.
Can't wait! I also hope there will be an actual episode named "trust" (or something similar) in the show since they had "lies" and "truth". All 3 are important aspects of the show, especially trust right now and they may do an episode based solely on it 🤷
"You've been akumatized several times ... I almost got akumatized a few times too." Well with that logic wasn't it dangerous to tell Alya her secret identity? Alya's also been akumatized several times plus she knows the location of the miracle box so her knowing seems just as dangerous as Cat Noir knowing!
But she proved herself by breaking free from her akumatization so that makes her trustworthy in my eyes. And so far Alya been a great part of the team!

Honestly they really need to reveal themselves. The only reason Chat Blanc happened was because of the one sided reveal. And the fact that they didn't have time to talk about his dad being Shadow Moth and come up with a proper plan. Chat didnt have time to process everything. Therefore his father took advantage and got to him.
This is what I think too, but bunnyx didn't exactly explain that to ladybug. She let ladybug believe that the catalyst was cat noir finding out her identity, when it was quite a bit more complex than that.
Aaaggghh the trust issues! I could see this happening in the actual show with Ladybug and Cat Noir confronting the secrets and lies keeping them apart.
I don't he's doing this to himself by not even talking to her about his feelings....they both have communication issues which the show is finally addressing!

The show is still a kids’ show in the sense that kids are still a major audience group. It’s just one of those mature shows that’s deeper than what the cover may lead you to believe.
@Eftix. Ahm. Not exclusively imo. I think it’s now a show that both kids and teens can enjoy in the sense that there are different things that can capture their attention. Season 4 adds more maturity, so teens are included more in the audience.

I think it'd be good for them if he confronted her about it, and they had a conversation about it, kind of like this. I'm also curious about if LB with tell him about the whole Chat Blanc fiasco or if she'll keep having nightmares about it like in Sentibubbler
I mean Ladybug had no choice but to reveal their identities, so basically Chat is gonna assume things without getting the context even though Ladybug literally asked him how he felt at the end of Rocketeer and he brushed her off. Ladybug isn't the one in control of his emotions tbh so they are both at fault!

I don't like how in the show, they make it seem like Ladybug is sidelining Chat, when she's actually never wanted that at all. A lot of the stans make it seem that way though too. It was conveniently left out in Nino's talk with Adrien in Rocketear, that Ladybug says that she didn't have time to find Nino and Alya separately to give them the Fox and Turtle. She even apologized for that to them, even though she didn't have to. She did this because Scarlet Moth was attacking at the time. People act like she hates Chat and is keeping him out on purpose when she isn't. The show is just setting her up to be the villain when it doesn't make any sense. And all it takes for the stans to rally against Ladybug is Chat having a sad face.
This is sweet, but in reality Chat actually can't tell Ladybug that he knows, bc if he did, he would be risking his identity bc the info was told to Adrien only. So he's kinda forced to bottle it up and pretend everything's ok. 😭
If chat noir was mad about rena and carapace finding out eachothers identities imagine how it chats going to act when he finds out rena know ladybugs identity
Imagine this: one of the characters is unhappy with their gender and gets akumatized for it and it turns into a genderbending episode - unlike Reflekdoll though, Marinette actually becomes male from the villain's super power (to change everyone's gender) and Adrien actually becomes female.

OMG i have a theory!!! So the episode 18 of season 4 is called "Wishmaker" and in this part (2:18) lb tells chat that she wishes to call him every night for him to calm her down after her nightmare so maybe this comic has something to do with episode 18 of the fourth season of miraculous!!!!!
So I have been thinking a lot lately about this comic. It’s some what realistic to the show. But I have a small AU which is based on the comic and the show itself. I think that it would go a little like this: Adrien would get his point across on how Ladybug allowed Rena and Carapace to know each other’s identities and how they couldn’t reveal themselves, Ladybug reasons with him, much like the video, but she isn’t able to continue expressing her thoughts on Chat Blanc since Chat cut her off. He backs away from the conversation, like he usually does.( I think that this would happen because Adrien had lost so many people in his life that he starts to get possessive of things he cares for { example~ Adrien got protective of Marinette during the season 2 finale, a recent one was in optigami where he didn’t know it was Rena and thought it was an akuma so he got protective}and he then starts to back away from conflicts to preserve the small amount of relationships he has) But Ladybug being the stubborn person she is, will continue on her thought and the rest will be history

OMG i have a theory!!! So the episode 18 of season 4 is called "Wishmaker" and in this part (2:18) lb tells chat that she wishes to call him every night for him to calm her down after her nightmare so maybe this comic has something to do with episode 18 of the fourth season of miraculous!!!!!

So I have been thinking a lot lately about this comic. It’s some what realistic to the show. But I have a small AU which is based on the comic and the show itself.
I think that it would go a little like this:
Adrien would get his point across on how Ladybug allowed Rena and Carapace to know each other’s identities and how they couldn’t reveal themselves, Ladybug reasons with him, much like the video, but she isn’t able to continue expressing her thoughts on Chat Blanc since Chat cut her off. He backs away from the conversation, like he usually does.( I think that this would happen because Adrien had lost so many people in his life that he starts to get possessive of things he cares for { example~ Adrien got protective of Marinette during the season 2 finale, a recent one was in optigami where he didn’t know it was Rena and thought it was an akuma so he got protective}and he then starts to back away from conflicts to preserve the small amount of relationships he has)
But Ladybug being the stubborn person she is, will continue on her thought and the rest will be history
