As a resident of Jharkhand: J'khand state govt (govt here meaning officers, employees and ministers) are all very corrupt and work averse, there are very few infra projects that are undertaken, small overbridges and flyovers takes 8-10 years to complete, all ministers at some point of time are caught with 1000s of crores of black money and assets. Illegal mining is done at the behest of ministers who gain the most from it. Even state internal transfers are bought, one has to pay from lakhs to crores for transfer to more urban locations. Parties pit tribals against normal citizens, or Hindus against Muslims and indulge in cash/kind/subsidy programs to maintain power. Despite having natural beauty, tourism as an industry is almost absent. It's a very poorly managed state which has become a backyard for corruption.

All the cities which were already grown & currently growing have labour supply from Jharkhand, Bihar & Bengal. 2024 तक Jh me jpsc का कुल exam only 8 बार हुआ है। लेकिन 7th jpsc को 7-10th jpsc & 8 th jpsc को 11th -13th jpsc नाम दिया गया है। और jssc cgl( ग्रेजुएशन level) मात्र 2 बार ही हुआ है और दुर्भाग्य ये है कि सभी exam में उच्च स्तर का धांधली हुआ है। 30-35 लाख ₹ मे एक एक सीट को बचा जाता है। यहाँ के सरकार नौकरी देने में पूरी तरह से असफल साबित हुआ है। पढ़े लिखे युवा पीढ़ी बेरोजगार के कारण south India मे पलायन कर जाते हैं।
