Abt the rapping , changbin is actually faster that Han, Han raps may seem faster bc he shortens his words(Koreans often shorten words by combining the first syllable of one word with the first syllable of another word) changbin can actually rap fast saying full words, not to mention im pretty sure changbin is the fastest kpop rapper in the kpop industry, ppl get kpop confused with k-hiphop and kpop

Changbin is the 2nd fastest for 4th generation behind Nature. Binnie is 9.75 and Nature is 10. Binnie is definitive top 10 for K-pop maybe even top 6
