Yes, that is called as Isometric projection drawn with Isometric scale in this we multiple each value by 0.816 and then draw, but if not mentioned in question to use Isometric scale then we can draw using normal scale also, difference between isometric and normal scale i have explained in this video - ruclips.net/video/5zZXPih8UEI/видео.html
