I followed your recipe 3-4 times. came out delicious with Pav as well as dosa without adding water. Question, what if we add few leaves of mint in the chutney. Do you know if Navsari best bhaji place use Mint in the chutney ? Also, you add green chili-ginger paste later but not with oil. some ginger comes with raw smell sometime kids don't like it.
