    My best friend lives on isle of Wright. She took me to
    Osborne house this july , you definitely feel a presence there , i definitely did it felt very peaceful ❤❤

      Osborne House is such a remarkable place, steeped in history and filled with atmosphere! It’s fascinating that you felt a peaceful presence there - so many people say the same thing. Did you happen to visit Queen Victoria’s private rooms? They’re said to hold a unique energy.🕯️

      @AncientBritainMyths I did , I went into the room she died , you could definitely feel her presence. I live at haworth which was home to the bronte sisters who wrote jane eyre and wuthering heights, that's got plenty of ghost stories too, branwell the brother who had a tragic life he's a well known one

    I knew some of Henry VIII's wives haunted Hampton Court Palace but I didn't know Charles I did.

      Hampton Court Palace is definitely a hub for fascinating ghost stories! While the hauntings of Henry VIII’s wives are widely told, the idea of Charles I haunting the palace is less commonly mentioned. The history of his time there certainly adds to the mystery!🕯️

      after Diana died there was activity that scared the staff, i think, but i am going on memory in a room the Queen's father died in The late Queen and the Queen mum got in some sort of 'professional' and all was well

      I have heard that the late QEII saw the ghost of QEI in the library. I would like to believe this is true.😊

      When Prince, King Charles saw and tried to film Henry viii. Also at Windsor, the late Princess Margaret saw Elizabeth I come out of the library! Wonder if She herself was now a ghost.....

      Queens mum reckoned that glamis castle in Scotland had something, lots of myths about that place, hope this helps.
