    Ingredient
    chicken - 250gms
    Shallots -20 nos
    Ginger - small piece
    Garlic - 4cloves
    Greenchilli - according to your spice level
    Coriander powder - 1tbsp
    Homemade garammasala - 1/2tsp
    Pepper - 1/2tsp
    corn flour - 1tsp
    Butter
    Salt
    How to make chicken soup
    Heat up butter add chopped shallots turns in to glass texture
    Add ginger garlic greenchilli [blend it coarsely ] mixture saute it slightly
    Now add chicken saute until rawsmell gone
    Add turmeric coriander garammasala powder& salt saute
    Add 4 cups of water cook it for 20 to 25 min
    or whistle for 2
    Then add pepper [cornflour mixed with water] cornflour mixture
    stir well
    Note: If thickens adjust consistancy by adding hot water [otherwise no need]
    Garnished with coriander
    Hot & Spicy chicken soup is ready to serve.
