Since the few years ago I take Norwegian ship, I saw a MSc cruise, this ship is beautiful,. Seven thousand people build it, interior is large, luxury and more fashion, hope I can take this one someday
I just got home from the ship yesterday. It was an excellent trip on this ship. The customer service was excellent, excellent workers. Jan from cabin keeper, and Bibi,, Moses from the open buffet, Chandra from Panorama restaurant and Talita Dos Santos from Panorama restaurant.
cant wait in Oct. specially an overnight stay in Ocean cay. I hope that they still have the batender guy performing, I saw one of the youtube vid and it looks really cool.
How many pools are on this ship..The itineraries compared to the Carnival Vanezia...You are allowed to stay longer in each port.The Island Nassau is different also.
I see they have cruises from Brooklyn to Bermuda with a 3 day layover. Do you have to stay in a hotel in Bermuda or can you stay on the ship for the layover nights?
My sentiments as well ! Note it has no 17th floor deck as Italians fear that number. Being Italian-American, it's a toss-up between 17 and 13 ! Enough said !

Note the West's (English + American phobia over the number 13 (related to Knights Templars) ...then add to it Italians phobia over 17 related to Egyptian death of Osiris....Multiply the two and you get the numerical part '221' of Sherlock Holmes home address (LOL) !

Was on this ship last week. It was HORRIBLE. The staff was terrible. Food was barely eatable… zero sympathy from the staff if they were in the wrong. Keep ur money and go somewhere else.
Msc PLEASE do better with the entertainment department. Add some nightclubs. Also work on the buffet having better options with better taste in the food. The food lacks seasoning. And last but extremely important train your crew members in hospitality. They lack it in this area, majority of the crew members come off cold and rude..in fact my husband and I and other patrons witnessed two of your crew members arguing with each other at checkpoint while we were boarding back on the ship from your inclusive island on January 21

Младенцу при кашле дали 4 раза адреналина интервалом пол часа, затем поняли что натворили и мать с грудным ребёнком просто высадили на незнакомой стране не зная языка. Кое как добрались до местного педиатра лн подтвердил что врач с лайнера не компетентный и дал справку что ребёнок здоров! Мы вернулись а капитан корабля заявляет что врач его друг давно работают вместе и из за какого то пассажира с ребёнком не будет рисковать дружбой и вызвал полицию что-бы нас выгнали! Абсурд! Не советую данную круизную линию, не безопасно.
Planning to go cruising with MSC? Do yourself a favor and change your mind. Absolutely 0 care about passengers and customers. I understand they do not control the weather, however, redirecting ship from Pt.Canaveral/Bahamas to Boston/Portland/St John and letting us know the last possible moment is disgusting. What's more disgusting that I can't get my money back a month later.
My cruise in June/July was amazing idk what went wrong with yours because all the crew are nice I’m pretty sure they only reason you and a bad time was the weather that no one can control
March 3rd cruising from New York Brooklyn was totally overbooked. The service suffered. Too many people and the service expected suffered. And no post cruise service.

Love this ship! Was on 8/4-8/11/24... can't wait to return.. I may go a time when not so many kids are on though .. this was my 1st cruise❤

No, you don't. The ship will be your hotel. I went on that cruise year, and it was one of my best cruises. Go and enjoy.
