u have made such an amazing video on that palace im amazed loved and lived each and every but im so into history now a days , and im amazed how amazingly they were trained and well organized, we as in this century cant even any match to them they were truly magnificent .
Alhamdulillah we had a chance to visit the Topkapi palace on our Turkey tour in 2022. I always wanted to go there since I was a little girl and my dad told me he visited the palace in the 60’s and saw the prophet’s (SAW)relics. Really impressed with how they have maintained the palace and have a live Quran reciter (apparently it is recited 24hrs-365days) nonstop. Definitely recommend this palace to everyone visiting Istanbul.

They have certainly done an amazing job to maintain its current state for sure. And that’s true. They do have a live Quran reciter and it’s something that’s used to be done during the time of the Ottomans too as they designated this amazing room for the sacred relics. For me, it’s my favourite palace on the planet

Amazing, I went there in May and the Palace was brilliant. The kitchens and Harem were my favourite. The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) items made it a very special experience. After visiting the Palace we went to the nearby Gulhane Park where we saw the Gulhane Cistern which was free of charge.
Oh wow MashaAllah! The Gulhane park is quite nice but I have to visit that Cistern you mention as I haven’t as of yet. The Topkapi Palace is very special
That would take all day, at the very least. I'm glad they have eating establishment to sustain visitors in their visit. I've worked in museums and libraries and would catch people trying to live in them. I certainly understand why they would, especially in a place like Topkapi, or even Dolmebahce.
