‘Start of process for change’: Brad Battin on upcoming Victorian by-elections

Victorian Opposition Leader Brad Battin has discussed the upcoming by-elections in Werribee and Prahran this weekend.
“We’ll be out and about today; I’m heading over to Werribee and Prahran to go and meet the local candidates and have a discussion with the community about the things that we’ve been talking about that are important to them,” Mr Battin told Sky News Australia.
“Victorians will get an opportunity ... to send a message; hopefully, it’s the start of process for change.”
